Live Music Loyalty wants to keep improving to make this the best app for live music fans everywhere. To achieve this lofty goal we’re going to need your help. Please contact us directly and let us know how we can make LML better for you. We recently launched so what’s currently available on Live Music Loyalty is just a fraction of what we expect to deliver in the future. Below is some info that should help you get the most out of what we’ve developed so far.
This app sucks, where are all the bands and concerts?Live Music Loyalty was created for fans and we’re starting with the bands we love. At this stage LML will remain focused on a small number of artists and venues to ensure we develop the best product for these individual fan communities. In time we plan to build a complete database of live music events. Until then, we’ll add more artists and festivals periodically so check our Archive for updates. We’re absolutely taking requests so please don’t hesitate to reach out and recommend some artists.
That makes sense, so what can I do in the app now?If you attended any of the concerts or festivals that are in our Archive, and took a photo on your phone at the show, we will use those to build your personal concert history in My Events. The LML app creates unique live music profiles that we use to help artists and venues reward their fans and customers. We are working on these perks now and they should be coming in a new version soon. In the meantime, please share your kick-ass concert photos for others to enjoy and go check out everyone else’s pics from the shows you missed.
Cool. I followed your instructions from the My Events page but none of my photos are automatically loading. What’s up with that?Things might not be working for a couple different reasons. First, confirm that the Photo Sync toggle is “ON”. In the app go to My Account > User Settings and under Connections make sure the toggle is switched to the right. If that wasn’t the issue, let’s check how your phone is set up. For Apple devices, go to your phone’s Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Camera. Make sure that it is set to “While Using the App”. If “Never” was selected, unfortunately it is unlikely that we will be able to load your past photos. If you enable this functionality, however, we will be able to capture all of your pictures going forward. So make sure you do that!
